Our unusual name comes from our desire to help a very special young lady, Tara, who was born with a very rare and serious disability, Agenesis of the Corpus Callosum. As we considered how best to help her, we took stock of our combined 10 years experience in the Automotive glass industry and our interest in Kit and Specialist cars and decided to help by giving some of our profits to help pay for her therapies. It does not matter whether you are a Club or a Small Volume Car manufacturer, glass has always been a major issue. You may have to compromise your design or you might have to fight to find elusive and problematic second hand glass. Windscreens are a challenge, but the other glass; windows, rear, side lights, vents, etc. are either unavailable or are too expensive. What truly separates Tara-Glass is our ability to offer ALL the glass in your cars. Our goal is to offer an entire glass package for close to what your have been paying for a windscreen.
